Partnerships & Licensing Coordinator - TV/Film
£173 - £192 per day + holiday pay
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Executive to support their Team Partnerships at a very busy time. This is a hands-on role which sits at the heart of their commercial partnerships department. In this role, you will support both the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships Manager on everything from deck creation and proposal development to campaign activation, admin and systems, and partner communications. You'll help them keep pitches sharp, data and assets organised, and live campaigns running seamlessly. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central organising force in a busy team, is confident with google decks and documents, and is happy to switch between detailed admin and external facing support. ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and tailoring of pitch decks for a range of partners and sectorsEnsure all content (data, visuals and copy) is accurate, up to date and appropriately sourcedCollaborate with internal teams to gather insights, stats and materials for decks and reportsMaintain and organise a central library of pitches, case studies and templates for easy reuseUpdate and convert files across formats (e.g. Keynote to Google Slides)Manage the partnerships inbox, triaging enquiries and coordinating responsesSupport campaign delivery, including artwork approvals, prize sourcing and day-to-day coordinationOnboard partners to tools and processes, including asset sharing and campaign setupProvide logistical and administrative support for events and trade showsMaintain shared drive organisation and clear, logical filing systemsTake notes on partner calls and track actions and follow-upsSupport partner tracking systems and ensure assets are shared appropriatelyManage product stock, including sourcing, logging and sending items to partnersConduct partner and market research to support prospecting and proposal developmentAssist with drafting outreach communications and partnership materials RequirementsProven experience in a support or coordinator role within partnerships, marketing, licensing, entertainment, or a related field.Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving and meet deadlines.Confident user of presentation tools (e.g. Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) with experience building or editing decks.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including note taking and drafting clear follow up emailsConfident working with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners, and comfortable representing the team professionally.Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and proactively identify where processes and documentation can be improved.
