Currently partnering with a global design-led technology organisation, seeking an experienced Design Producer to join their international content team for an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-visibility design experiences used by millions worldwide.

The purpose of this role is to collaborate with world-class creatives, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless delivery across global teams and time zones. Please note, we are not looking for designers or account managers, this candidate must have specific experience as a design producer / project manager. This role does not sit in the weeds of day-to-day project management, instead it is looking at the wider picture of workflow & process efficiency throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end content design and production processes
  • Build, optimise, and scale design systems and workflows
  • Manage a high volume of assets for global and local audiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors globally
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and external agency relationships
  • Navigate complexity and proactively solve production and workflow challenges

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in creative production within an agency or in-house environment
  • Proven track record managing design workflows and systems at scale
  • Strong technical understanding of design tools, specifications, and production pipelines
  • Experience working across international markets with multi-language content
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with external partners
