A major international film and entertainment studio based in West London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and the Marketing & Distribution team on a temporary basis.

Please note: Previous experience within TV or Film is essential for this role, specifically supporting at MD level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
  • Preparation for meetings, including documents, presentations (PowerPoint), conference calls, catering, test calls, and logistics
  • Supporting internal and external events, including premieres, screenings, and industry events (occasional evenings/weekends required)
  • Inbox management, including prioritising urgent matters, responding where appropriate
  • Complex diary management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating frequent international calls (including after-hours calls with LA)
  • Organising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Preparing monthly expense reports for the Managing Director and supporting Directors as required
  • Project coordination and general planning support
  • Organising screenings for staff and external VIP guests

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within TV or Film is essential
  • Must be available immediately
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, coordinate, and multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
