A global consumer technology and retail organisation is looking for an experienced Cross-Functional Producer & Publisher to join its Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising team.

This role sits between merchandising, marketing, creative, and retail operations teams, helping deliver integrated internal campaigns and engagement initiatives across the EMEA region. The position combines content production, programme management, and executional delivery in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will lead the coordination, production, publishing, and optimisation of internal communications and campaigns ensuring seamless delivery across multiple stakeholders, teams, and markets.

Please note, this role requires a specific skillset, proven internal communications experience within a large global organisation is highly preferred.

This is office based in London 3 days a week so unfortunately we cant consider remote applicants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end production and publishing of internal communications, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Managing the full production lifecycle from briefing through localisation, publishing, and post-launch optimisation
  • Coordinating creative assets, operational toolkits, and supporting materials across multiple functions
  • Ensuring content is on-brand, high quality, and appropriately localised for EMEA audiences
  • Managing publishing through CMS platforms; AEM experience preferred
  • Managing multiple integrated campaigns and concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinating timelines, approvals, milestones, and stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams
  • Building scalable workflows and proactively resolving production or localisation challenges
  • Acting as a key connection point between merchandising, marketing, retail operations, creative, and communications teams
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners to ensure smooth execution and handoffs
  • Monitoring campaign performance and capturing insights to improve future delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-10+ years' experience in content production, internal communications, programme management, or cross-functional production roles
  • Experience working in large, fast-paced, matrixed organisations
  • A strong background in internal communications and integrated campaign delivery
  • Experience leading content production rather than creating content directly
  • Hands-on experience coordinating creative assets, toolkits, and multi-channel communications
  • Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience publishing content via CMS platforms; AEM experience advantageous
  • Understanding of EMEA localisation and content neutralisation
  • Experience working with global brands, technology companies, agencies, or large internal communications teams preferred
