Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support their fast-paced music merchandising business. This role will assist with product procurement including purchase order processing, supplier & customer invoicing, and managing sales-related workflows using Jira to ensure smooth operations across their artist merchandise, touring, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records related to merchandise sales, stock, and logistics
Raise, track, and reconcile purchase orders for merchandise production and distribution
Prepare, issue, and process invoices for suppliers, artists, and partners
Manage finance and operations tickets through Jira
Support the finance and merchandising teams with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
Assist with payment queries and supplier communication

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar support role
Understanding of stock processing, purchase orders, invoicing, and basic accounting processes
Experience using Jira or similar systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
