A leading production company are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team.

This is a true generalist role, with a great brand. No day is the same, with lots of new projects and initiatives to get stuck in on. They've got a great, sociable culture in the office that they are looking to enhance further - and welcome any new ideas on this. Covering the full employee lifecycle, you'll have an instant impact with the perfect building blocks develop your career further!

Key Duties:

  • Onboarding to offboarding - R2W checks, creating and issuing contracts, welcoming new starters
  • Championing their freelancer software 'E-tribez' and welcoming freelancers into the business
  • ER - supporting the Head of HR on cases, leading low-level issues, and helping to create/ update policies and handbooks.
  • DEI - big focus on bringing in more DEI policies and initiatives alongside the Head of HR.
  • Support admin across benefits, payroll, L&D etc. A general support across the business where needed!

The ideal candidate will have solid foundation in HR - ideally in a creative, fast paced environment with a freelance population . You will be comfortable working at volume and pace and be confident in building relationships across the business. Attention to detail is key!

Working Model: Hybrid - 4 days in the office with 1 day WFH (the production teams are in 5 days). There will be days where you are the first point of contact for anything that crops up, so you will have a lot of autonomy.
