We're partnering with a high-growth business accelerator to hire an experienced Agency Growth Consultant to support a portfolio of ambitious agency founders through a structured scale-up programme.This is a strategic advisory role focused on coaching, accountability, and commercial growth. You'll work closely with founders to help them identify priorities, solve operational and growth challenges, and execute effectively across every stage of their journey in the programme.You will act as a trusted advisor from onboarding through to programme completion, helping founders improve revenue performance, strengthen operations, and build scalable agency businesses.The OpportunityThis position is ideal for someone with a strong consulting, advisory, or fractional leadership background who understands how agencies scale and enjoys working across multiple founder relationships simultaneously.You won't be responsible for delivering execution work directly. Instead, your role will centre on strategic guidance, performance management, problem-solving, and keeping founders focused on the actions that drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild tailored growth roadmaps for founders, establishing clear 30/60/90-day priorities aligned to commercial and operational goalsLead structured weekly 1:1 strategy sessions to review progress, remove blockers, and refine priorities based on business performanceConduct monthly performance reviews, tracking milestones, identifying gaps, and recommending strategic adjustmentsProvide responsive support and strategic guidance through Slack and other communication channels between coaching sessionsAdvise founders across key areas of agency growth including:Client acquisition and pipeline developmentPricing and offer positioningDelivery operations and systemsTeam structure, hiring, and leadershipPartnerships and strategic growth opportunitiesPersonal brand and market positioningIdentify risks or operational issues early and proactively guide founders back on track where neededMaintain accurate progress tracking and share key insights, challenges, and success stories with the wider leadership teamLearn and apply the organisation's internal methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks to ensure consistency across the founder experienceAct as a link between leadership and programme members, translating strategic direction into practical founder-level guidanceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with the ability to build trusted advisory relationships quickly.You will ideally have:Proven experience advising founders, business owners, or agency leaders across multiple businesses simultaneouslyA strong understanding of how agencies operate, grow, and scale commerciallyExcellent commercial instincts with a focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, and business performanceExperience managing multiple client or stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environmentThe confidence to provide direct, clear, and actionable adviceStrong written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across Slack and digital communication channelsA proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving business environmentsWhy Apply?This is an opportunity to work closely with ambitious founders inside a fast-growth environment where your strategic input will have a direct impact on business outcomes.You'll join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in helping agency owners scale more effectively, make better decisions, and achieve measurable growth.
