Overview
An experienced marketing leader required to drive immediate impact, aligning digital activity with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning. Must have client side experience!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including Editors
  • Oversee cross-channel strategy (paid media, CRM, email) to drive performance
  • Optimise paid media (Google, Meta) and manage platform relationships
  • Rebuild email/CRM strategy (Iterable, Treasure Data, segmentation & automation)
  • Own budget management to maximise ROI
  • Champion data-led decision making and performance tracking
  • Establish efficient processes and a high-performance team culture
  • Influence senior stakeholders across European Consumer Revenue teams
  • Ensure marketing supports both acquisition and brand equity, including creative oversight
