We're looking for

  • Fluent English plus French, Portuguese or Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, hospitality, events or ticketing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident using customer systems and managing multiple queries
