We are currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to support a major international sporting event on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced customer support operation, assisting customers with ticketing and event-related enquiries during the event period.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone and helping to resolve a range of ticketing and event-related enquiries.
You will be working across multiple systems, managing customer interactions efficiently and delivering a high standard of service throughout your shift.
