About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Visual & Media Rights team. This role combines client relationship management, business development and rights administration, supporting the growth of music publishing and audio-visual catalogues while working closely with internal teams and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, providing guidance on music rights and publishing solutions
  • Coordinate agreements, cue sheets, registrations and delivery of audio-visual assets
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and growing existing client relationships
  • Manage Audio-Visual Producer Royalties and identify opportunities to maximise catalogue revenue
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent client service
  • Produce reports and presentations using Excel and Power BI
  • Support the assessment of new commercial opportunities and represent the business at industry events

About You

  • Previous experience within the music, film, TV or media industry
  • Knowledge of music publishing and audio-visual rights is advantageous
  • Strong client management, communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
