Influence Growth.We are partnering with a leading international business within the Entertainment & Sports industry to recruit a commercially focused Senior FP&A Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in driving business performance, influencing strategic decision-making, and supporting continued international growth.Working closely with senior leadership, you will own the financial planning cycle, deliver meaningful commercial insights, and provide high-quality financial analysis across a dynamic and fast-paced business.The RoleFinancial Planning and AnalysisOwn the full FP&A cycle including annual budgets, semi-annual reforecasts, long-range plans, and monthly management reportingProduce management reporting packs for executive leadership including P&L analysis, bridges, new business pipeline, and KPI trackingDrive variance analysis against budget / reforecast and prior year, with clear narrative for senior stakeholdersEnsure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting into group finance and executive leadership, including the management of dashboardsImprove forecast reliability through better processes, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven modelling Commercial and Strategic PartneringServe as primary finance business partner to CAA International business leaders, providing insight and strategic supportPartner with senior leadership and commercial teams on new deal pipeline progress and client- level profitability analysisServe as the CAA International lead for compensation expense data and analytics, providing critical metrics and strategic insights to senior leadership and business partnersSupport M&A evaluation and post-acquisition performance management where required CompetenciesCommercially-minded with the ability to connect financial analysis to business strategyStrong commercial acumen and ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail; rigorous in modelling and reporting accuracyStrong written communication skills - able to produce clear, well-structured memos, reports, and briefing documents for senior audiencesComfortable operating with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative with a track record of building trusted relationships with non-finance stakeholdersAbility to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and analytical tools (including via platforms such as Power BI, Workday, SAP, and Adaptive) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or related finance functionsDemonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse complex data across multiple systems and organisational structuresExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilitiesExecutive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersAbility to manage commercially-sensitive and highly-confidential information with discretion and professionalismAdvanced Excel and strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
