A fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing PR & events agency based in Watford, supporting the team across day-to-day bookkeeping and general office administration. This is a part-time, 3-day-per-week, fully office-based role, on a rolling temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using Xero
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments and expenses
  • Support with accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support with month-end tasks
  • Respond to general finance and supplier queries
  • Provide general office administration and support to the wider team
  • Ad-hoc duties including booking meetings, coordinating appointments and responding to office queries

Requirements:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within a small business or agency environment
  • Strong Xero experience is essential
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace/Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Happy working 3 days per week in person in Watford
