We are working on several fantastic Personal Assistant opportunities across some incredibly exciting creative businesses spanning TV, Entertainment, and the wider creative sector.

These roles offer the chance to support busy individuals in fast-paced, varied environments. Responsibilities are a mix of private and business PA duties, including:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • UK and international travel coordination
  • Booking restaurants, appointments, and events
  • Managing household administration, including paying bills and overseeing day-to-day logistics
  • Liaising with schools, arranging family schedules, and coordinating appointments
  • Office administration and project coordination

 

We are looking to connect with candidates who have already built a solid foundation in an administrative role within a creative environment and have gained some exposure to PA responsibilities. This could be through a Team Assistant, Administrator or Production Assistant position where you've supported busy teams or individuals.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and discreet, with a genuine interest in the creative industries and the confidence to manage a varied workload. Experience supporting private household matters would be a real advantage.

We're working with a growing theatre company based in Woking, looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Production Finance function and support a busy portfolio of live productions. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for a team of four, combining production accounting, technical accounting, tax, cash flow and stakeholder management.
