The Role
As Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of events and digital products. This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure across campaign delivery, digital marketing, and performance reporting, with clear progression into a Senior Marketing Executive position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, PR, print, and onsite)
  • Create and schedule content across email, website, and social channels
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, including segmentation and automation (HubSpot experience beneficial)
  • Assist with website updates, paid media activity, and digital lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights
  • Maintain CRM data, audience segmentation, and GDPR compliance
  • Support partnerships, sponsorship activity, and event marketing delivery

Requirements

  • 0-2 years' experience in B2B marketing (events or media experience advantageous)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
