We're looking for an experienced Localisation Project Manager to join a global technology organisation and support a range of exciting localisation projects.

You'll work with a variety of internal teams and business partners, helping bring content to audiences around the world. No two projects are quite the same, so you'll need to be comfortable learning different workflows, working across multiple tools and technologies, and adapting to the needs of each project.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the localisation process - connecting stakeholders, vendors, technology, and content to make sure projects run smoothly and are delivered to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and acknowledging files submitted for translation and localisation.
  • Working closely with project stakeholders to answer questions and clarify requirements.
  • Preparing files for submission through translation management systems (TMS).
  • Creating localisation projects and assigning work to external language vendors.
  • Coordinating project handoffs and maintaining strong communication with vendor project managers.
  • Managing queries and helping resolve issues between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the delivery of localised files in line with project requirements.
  • Reviewing vendor quotes and billing summaries to ensure accuracy.
  • Joining regular production syncs with internal teams and localisation vendors.
  • Participating in project meetings relating to content requiring localisation.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to users of localisation tools and systems.
  • Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, accurately, and with a consistently high level of quality.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in client-side localisation project management.
  • Experience managing localisation projects within an LSP environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise localisation tools and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of WorldServer and/or another Translation Management System (TMS).
  • Experience working with a range of localisation file formats, such as HTML, XML, InDesign, Photoshop, and productivity/content formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A genuine willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in a language other than English is a plus.
  • A strong interest in technology and experience working with consumer technology products.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

This role is London-based and requires 3 days per week in the office. It is not a fully remote position.

Please note: Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

You're someone who enjoys making things work. You're organised, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable bringing together different people and moving parts to keep a project on track.

You'll be working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve and where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and learn quickly will make a real difference.

If you're passionate about localisation, enjoy working with both people and technology, and are looking for your next project management opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
