We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and brand partnerships across Europe, Africa and the US for a leading global live entertainment business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new brand partnerships and sponsorships
  • Build relationships with senior brand and agency contacts
  • Lead pitches, negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Manage the sales pipeline and deliver against annual revenue targets
  • Develop creative partnership strategies and sales presentations
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, social media and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage partner relationships

About You

  • Previous experience in music brand partnerships or commercial sales
  • Strong network of global brands across Europe, Africa and the US
  • Deep understanding and genuine passion for Afrobeats and Amapiano
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and highly organised
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Bonus

  • Experience in major festivals, live entertainment or touring
  • Strong knowledge of sports and the wider sports landscape
  • Additional language skills

We're working with a growing theatre company based in Woking, looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Production Finance function and support a busy portfolio of live productions. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for a team of four, combining production accounting, technical accounting, tax, cash flow and stakeholder management.
