The role will involve supporting commercial teams to deliver deals, resolve legal issues, advise on regulatory compliance and build effective long-term relationships with stakeholders across the business.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on legal matters relating to the sale of advertising and other commercial revenue-generating activities.Support the development and maintenance of standard legal documentation and work with commercial colleagues to ensure agreed processes are followed.Draft clear and consistent templates, standard terms and conditions for media, custom and branded initiatives and talent arrangements.Negotiate standard commercial terms with advertising agencies and other counterparties.Provide training and practical legal guidance on advertising regulations and relevant industry guidance, including requirements applicable to social media influencers.Interpret and advise on internal advertising policies and their application to specific campaigns and commercial initiatives.Liaise and coordinate with colleagues involved in the production and delivery of branded content, campaigns and events, developing effective workflows to maximise communication, alignment and efficiency.Work closely with data privacy specialists on matters relating to the use of personal and commercial data.Collaborate with lawyers across the wider legal function to provide day-to-day corporate advice to Finance teams.Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities.Support the delivery and management of project-based real estate legal matters.Manage external legal advisers where appropriate and necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments, particularly consumer law and regulations relating to subscription services.About YouLegally qualified in England & Wales with 2+ years post-qualification experience.Strong experience in commercial contracts, gained either in private practice or in-house, ideally within a media, technology, advertising, consumer or similarly fast-moving commercial environment.Additional experience in intellectual property law would be advantageous.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Able to provide legal advice in a pragmatic, solutions-focused and commercially minded way.Confident, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.Positive, collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexibly as part of a developing legal team and within a sector undergoing significant change.Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join a fast-paced creative content agency, leading the delivery of high-quality video and photographic productions from start to finish.You'll oversee projects across pre-production, production and post-production, working with creative, strategy and client services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers, photographers and editors, to turn creative concepts into standout content.You'll be responsible for ensuring projects meet the client brief, deliver against agreed KPIs and achieve a high creative standard, while maintaining strong control of budgets, margins and schedules. We're currently recruiting for a part-time Bookings Producer to join the team at a well-established and highly regarded audio facility. This will be working 3 days a week in the Soho office.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in audio, post-production or a similar studio environment who enjoys a varied, people-focused role and takes real pride in getting the details right.You'll be joining a small, friendly team responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating sound engineers and ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service throughout their sessions.The role is varied and fast-paced. The reception environment can be lively and social, but you'll also need to be able to focus, prioritise and respond to client and colleague requests with accuracy and attention to detail.As Bookings Producer, you'll be responsible for booking and coordinating sound sessions using ScheduALL, managing client bookings and enquiries, and working closely with sound engineers, runners and the transfer department. You'll also be discussing rates and deals with clients, preparing quotes and finalising session costs, alongside providing excellent customer service throughout the booking and session process.We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional and confident, with an excellent telephone manner and a genuine commitment to customer service. You'll need to be highly organised, calm and efficient under pressure, a confident communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Being financially savvy is important, as you'll be dealing with rates, quotes and session costs. We're also looking for a proactive, reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively and has an interest in sound and audio.Voice-over casting experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential.Previous experience in a similar bookings, production or coordination role within the post-production industry would be highly beneficial.
