I'm currently partnering with a high-growth, globally recognised consumer brand to recruit an FP&A Manager on a fixed-term basis.

This is a high-impact role sitting at Group level, partnering with senior leadership and international finance teams to drive planning, forecasting and performance reporting across a rapidly scaling global business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
  • Own monthly Executive/Board reporting and financial storytelling
  • Provide insight into performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers
  • Partner with regional and functional finance teams globally
  • Support senior stakeholders with modelling, scenario analysis and decision support
  • Drive improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and planning systems
  • Help enhance automation, data quality and reporting efficiency

What I'm looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong FP&A experience within a global/multinational environment
  • Proven budgeting, forecasting and 3-year planning experience
  • Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Experience producing senior/Board-level reporting
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Anaplan experience would be advantageous
