Handle Recruitment are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join our clients growing events business. Up to £65,000 per annum. London | Hybrid - 3 days a week in officeAbout the Company Our client is a founder-led events business with a team of 50+ specialists working across some of the UK's largest and most exciting events. Their Marketplace supports B2B and B2C customers, connecting them with standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events. Clients include Spotify, Netflix and BBC, across everything from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches. Their Live division works with organisers of major public events, using technology and industry expertise to deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results. Their work spans festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, with clients including GALA Festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London. The business started 10 years ago as a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table and now supports events attended by over 10 million guests each year. They have also been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK's best places to work. The Role You'll take ownership of our client's brand direction, working closely with and reporting into the CMO to shape the strategy and turn it into an always-on content programme, organic campaigns and flagship pieces. You'll build senior relationships with live event clients, major venues, B2B partners, investors and suppliers to strengthen the brand across key audiences. This is a strategic brand-building role for someone who can develop ideas and turn them into action. You'll own brand strategy, content and channels, while partnering with the Head of Design on the visual direction and the Head of Growth on connecting brand activity with acquisition, conversion and retention.
