We are currently working on brilliant opportunity for a highly creative Content Creator to join an established luxury lifestyle media brand in London, with the freedom to develop bold ideas, create standout content and play a major role in shaping the brand's next chapter across social.

This is a creatively led role for someone who loves coming up with ideas, developing concepts and bringing them to life. You'll be involved across the full creative process, from the initial idea and treatment through to production, filming, editing and publishing.

You'll have a strong instinct for what makes content interesting, entertaining and culturally relevant, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling social-first content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

You'll generate and develop creative concepts for social, editorial and commercial content, working from a blank page as well as responding to briefs. You'll help shape the look, feel, format and execution of content, while making sure ideas are appropriate for the platform and audience.

You'll take an active role in production, including planning shoots, scripting, filming, directing contributors or talent, capturing content on location and overseeing the edit. You should be comfortable picking up a camera or phone and getting stuck into production when required.

You'll create short-form video content from concept through to final delivery, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, sound, pacing and storytelling. Experience with tools such as CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro is expected.

The role also involves being comfortable on camera when required. You may present social content, conduct interviews, host features, participate in street-style formats or act as the face of creative concepts.

You'll stay close to culture and social trends, spotting emerging formats, conversations, talent, creators and opportunities that can be turned into original content. You'll understand how to make an idea feel native to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube rather than simply repurposing the same content across platforms.

Alongside the creative side, you'll use performance data to understand what audiences respond to and refine future content. You'll be comfortable looking at metrics such as watch time, retention, engagement, shares and reach, using those insights to inform rather than dictate the creative process.

You'll also work on branded and commercial projects, interpreting client briefs and developing content that meets commercial objectives without losing its creative edge or feeling disconnected from the wider brand.

You'll collaborate closely with editorial, commercial and wider creative teams, contributing ideas from the early stages of a project and helping turn them into strong, polished final content.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in content creation, social content or digital media, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking and high-quality execution.

You should have a natural eye for storytelling and visual content, be confident developing ideas independently and be able to take a concept from a rough thought through to a finished piece of content.

Production experience is important, particularly filming and editing social-first video. Experience with mobile cinematography, lighting, sound and basic production planning would be valuable.

You should also have a strong understanding of social platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and know how creative choices can influence audience behaviour and performance.

Experience with interviews, talent, influencers, creators, partnerships or commercial productions would be beneficial.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is ideas-led, visually curious and genuinely excited by making things - someone who notices interesting people, places, stories, trends and cultural moments and instinctively thinks, there's a piece of content here.

You must be London-based and comfortable working across London for shoots, interviews, events and location-based content. This is a hands-on role and requires regular in-person collaboration, production and filming.

The role is full-time and primarily London-based, with occasional evening and weekend work depending on shoots, events and content opportunities.

Please submit your CV and portfolio, including examples of creative concepts, social-first video, production work and any content you have presented or appeared in.

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
