We are working with a global technology organisation known for its distinctly high-end aesthetic and beautifully polished creative work, supporting their in-house video team across international markets. The team brings together seasoned professionals from film, post-production, and storytelling, focused on delivering world-class video content in close partnership with design, editorial, and production teams.

We are looking for an experienced Video Producer to lead end-to-end live-action production workflows in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. It is essential that candidates have experience working within a creative agency or similar environment, delivering high-end short-form content.

The role spans multiple regions and time zones, so strong organisation, communication, and project management skills are essential.

This is a hybrid role, with three days per week based in a central London office and two days working from home. Please note this is not a remote position, and sponsorship is not available for this role. The initial engagement is for six months, with the potential for extension.

Based in London, this role will oversee the creation and delivery of a broad range of video content, including short-form live action, interviews, edited footage, immersive captures, and VFX-led projects-from early concept through to final delivery.

You'll work closely with writers, designers, editors, and creative leads, while also managing external vendors, directors, and production partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end live-action production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Partner with cross-functional creative teams to align content with strategic goals
  • Oversee post-production processes including editing, colour, sound, and VFX integration
  • Develop clear production schedules, briefs, and supporting documentation
  • Manage relationships with vendors, studios, and freelance talent
  • Coordinate on-set production, including working with talent and crews
  • Maintain consistently high production standards across all outputs

  • Stay current with evolving trends, tools, and technologies in video and VFX

Requirements

  • Strong experience across branded content, interviews, documentary-style work, and social/vertical video formats
  • Solid background in live-action production and post-production workflows
  • Experience delivering concept-led, design-focused video with integrated VFX
  • Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and VFX software (After Effects, Nuke, Flame)
  • Good understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications
  • Familiarity with 3D workflows and compositing techniques
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident presenting ideas and working within a corporate environment
  • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure

Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in live-action video production across advertising, broadcast, publishing, or high-end content environments
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant work is required
