Responsibilities

  • Daily management and posting across our clients social channels.
  • Creation of short-form video, reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Assisting in live coverage of WNT event, including photography, video capture, and graphic support.
  • Monitoring analytics, reporting on channel performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Supporting sponsor activations and digital deliverables.
  • Assisting with marketing on socials to drive ticket sales.
  • Management of CEO social channels as an arm of the WNT/Multi Sport promotional platforms.


Qualifications & Skills


Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience managing or creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for sports content.
  • Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Excellent written communication, with the ability to write engaging, on-brand captions and copy.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work unsociable hours during live events.
  • Basic understanding of marketing across social media and the tools within them.
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience working in live sports, entertainment, or events industries.
  • Knowledge of pool, snooker, or other cue sports.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Understanding of influencer and community engagement strategies.
  • Previous involvement in sponsor activation or branded content creation.
