A media business are looking for an interim Senior HR Business Partner to support their multi-site team to start ASAP.
It's a true generalist role with plenty of variety - partnering with senior leaders, leading on ER, change and organisational projects, while also keeping a close eye on compliance, Health & Safety and all the operational HR essentials.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a multi-site environment and enjoys building relationships across different locations. Experience in sectors like manufacturing, engineering, retail, hospitality or similar would translate well here.
The team is typically in the London office once to twice a week in London, with regular paid regional travel.
They're hoping to make a permanent hire but need someone on the ground as soon as possible in the interim, so there could be a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.
