Many of our clients are increasingly relying on interim support to help their leaders stay organised, manage day-to-day operations, and keep productivity running smoothly. Our assignments range from short term covers through to contracts of up to 12 months, with opportunities that can also lead to permanent roles.

Key requirements and experience we're looking for?

  • You must have previous relevant office support experience. We're looking for candidates who have worked within an Office Manager, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role previously.
  • Experience working for a company within the creative sector (Media, PR, Film, TV, Music, Advertising, Design, Sports, Marketing etc).
  • Available to start ASAP (unfortunately our roles require little to no notice to start)
  • Reliable, Punctual and Professional
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT literacy and skill set
  • An interest within the creative industry

What might your day-to-day look like?

  • Diary, inbox & travel management: Coordinating complex schedules, organising meetings across time zones, managing inboxes, and arranging travel and itineraries
  • Stakeholder & communication support: Acting as a key point of contact for executives, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and drafting correspondence
  • Meeting & project coordination: Preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, tracking actions, and supporting ongoing projects
  • Office operations & facilities: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, managing suppliers, equipment, and ensuring everything operates smoothly
  • People & culture support: Assisting with onboarding, inductions, team events, and helping to create a positive office environment
  • Finance & administration: Managing expenses, invoices, budgets, and general administrative processes
  • Compliance & organisation: Supporting health & safety requirements, maintaining records, and handling confidential information with discretion
