Growth Marketing Manager

We're working with a fast-scaling, creator-led digital business operating at the forefront of the creator economy. The business partners with leading creators to build, launch and scale high-performing digital products across education, coaching, membership and community-based offers. This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager role, owning full-funnel performance across a portfolio of fast-growing digital brands in a highly experimental, data-driven environment. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end growth across multiple creator-led digital products. This is a high-velocity, execution-heavy role, where strategy quickly turns into live funnels, campaigns and revenue-generating systems. You'll take ownership of the entire growth loop-from insight and validation through to launch, optimisation and scale-ensuring every stage of the funnel is measurable, tested and continuously improved. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimise full-funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention and monetisation journeysBuild and iterate high-performing digital funnels, including landing pages, checkout flows, webinars, upsell paths and lifecycle sequencesRapidly execute ideas into live assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives and organic content, often within 24-48 hour sprint cyclesPlan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, contributing to creative direction, copy and performance strategyDevelop and refine conversion-focused messaging, including ad copy, landing page content, email flows and hooksDesign and run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, scaling winning experimentsOwn analytics, attribution and tracking integrity, including UTMs, funnel instrumentation and performance reportingBuild and manage CRM and lifecycle automation flows (e.g. email, onboarding, retention and reactivation journeys)Oversee performance across multiple concurrent brands (typically 5-10 at any one time)Translate data, customer insight and market signals into prioritised growth strategies and test roadmapsEstablish and refine repeatable systems and SOPs to enable scalable execution across the portfolioAbout You4+ years' experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally within B2C digital products, subscriptions, courses or creator-led businessesProven ability to build and optimise funnels and landing pages, ideally using tools such as WebflowStrong understanding of paid media performance marketing (Meta, Google etc.)Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworksStrong analytical capability with a data-led approach to decision makingExperience with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo)Confident copywriter with strong commercial messaging skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands at paceComfortable operating in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment Nice to HaveExperience with tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Zapier, Webflow, Klaviyo or Meta Ads ManagerExposure to low-ticket funnels and ascension modelsExperience managing monthly paid media budgets of $20K-$50K+Familiarity with creative testing platforms and ad intelligence tools The Environment You'll be joining a fast-paced, performance-led growth environment where speed, experimentation and measurable outcomes are central to how the business operates.
