Studio Customer Service Coordinator - Shepperton

Looking for your next customer service role in a fast-paced and exciting environment?

We're recruiting a Studio Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy production site in Shepperton on an initial 4-week temp contract, with the potential for extension.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing a professional and friendly customer service experience to visitors, clients, and internal teams
  • Logging and processing service requests, jobs, and facility bookings accurately within internal systems
  • Coordinating requests with the Facilities team to ensure tasks are actioned efficiently and within required timeframes
  • Managing site access, issuing ID passes, and supporting visitor arrivals
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and responding promptly to a high volume of enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all requests are tracked through to completion
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy production environment by liaising with multiple departments
  • Prioritising urgent requests while managing competing workloads and deadline

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Reception, Office Management, Production Support, or a similar role
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • An interest in production/media would be a bonus, but isn't essential

Details:

  • £14.85 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts: 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm
  • Based on-site in Shepperton (5 days per week)
  • Initial 4-week contract covering leave, with potential to extend
  • Start date: ASAP (must be immediately available)
