About You

  • Established and respected network across the music industry, with new business successes
  • Experience in business development, A&R, label relations, artist management, Neighbouring Rights or music publishing

  • Strong understanding of Neighbouring Rights, royalties, collection societies and the recorded music ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded, self-motivated and highly organised
  • Confident representing a business with senior industry executives
