  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, motion and video
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing well-crafted work
  • A genuine interest in sport, culture, design and social media

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience creating content for sports, lifestyle, entertainment or youth-focused brands
  • An understanding of social-first storytelling and short-form content
  • Basic skills in sound design, colour grading, photography or filming
  • Experience working with templates, versioning assets or producing content at scale
  • An interest in emerging creative and AI-assisted tools

This is a great chance to join a growing creative team and work on exciting projects for major sports organisations, while developing your skills across design, motion and video.
