We're looking for a talented Art Director / Production Designer to help shape and bring to life international and local radio experiences. If you're a creative problem-solver, a visual storyteller, and someone who thrives on seeing ideas through from concept to execution, this could be your next big adventure.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the creative vision for editorial and digital design projects.

  • Design across graphic, motion, typography, photography, and illustration.

  • Develop concepts that connect culture, music, and design in meaningful ways.

  • Work closely with global teams across time zones to deliver high-quality, resonant work.

  • Source, commission, and brief illustration and motion assets.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in design or creative leadership, ideally in music, entertainment, or agency/editorial environments.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in illustration and motion design.

  • Conceptual thinker with a strategic eye for design.

  • Deep understanding of visual and communication design principles.

  • Passion for editorial and digital design across formats.

  • Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Information, or Communication Design (or equivalent).
