We are seeking a commercially driven, creatively ambitious Executive Producer to join a leading production business specialising in corporate and branded content. This senior leadership role is focused on leading major pitches, winning high-value business, and driving revenue growth across the UK and international markets. The successful candidate will combine strategic business leadership with hands-on creative oversight, acting as a trusted client advisor while delivering premium content across multiple platforms and protecting project margins.

The business produces high-quality internal and external communications films, branded content, longform storytelling, and social- or digital-first campaigns. Operating across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally, it is recognised for creating content that engages audiences, supports strategic objectives, and delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the end-to-end pitch process, translating client objectives into compelling, strategically aligned creative solutions.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, winning high-value accounts, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Deliver and exceed annual revenue targets while maintaining strong commercial oversight and healthy margins.
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, developing long-term, multi-channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure work is innovative, commercially viable, and strategically sharp.
  • Mentor and develop producers and emerging talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives at a senior leadership level.

Ideal Background

  • Proven success as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer in corporate film, internal communications, branded content, and digital or social-first production.
  • Track record of leading pitches, winning high-value business, and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex pipelines, protecting margins, and delivering commercially successful projects.
  • Experience in multi-platform content campaigns and social/digital-first production.
