Handle has a full-time, office-based Team Assistant opportunity supporting a busy entertainment team and their high-profile clients.

Located in central London, with an established reputation for delivering a highly personal and discreet service, the business operates in a busy, relationship-led environment where professionalism, trust and attention to detail are paramount.

THE ROLE

The role is varied and fast-paced, combining exceptional administrative support with client-facing responsibilities and the day-to-day coordination of a busy entertainment business. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, able to multitask and work at speed, while remaining calm, discreet and professional at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing diaries, meetings, calls and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Preparing expenses and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and industry contacts.
  • Managing incoming requests, opportunities and time-sensitive information.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team.
  • Supporting the team and clients with out-of-hours requirements, industry events and other commitments as required.

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT SOMEONE WHO

  • Has excellent administration and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and is confident managing databases, spreadsheets, diaries, correspondence and schedules.
  • Is emotionally intelligent with the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Is able to work at speed, remaining calm, professional and solutions-focused when priorities change or pressure increases.
  • Is proactive and naturally anticipates what is needed rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Is comfortable supporting high-profile clients and understands the importance of discretion and responsiveness
  • Is prepared to work outside standard office hours when the needs of the business or clients demand it.

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, office-based position within a busy and demanding television and entertainment environment.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with a role that can require flexibility outside conventional office hours. There may be occasions when evening or weekend support and time-sensitive requests are required.

The post-holder will be expected to demonstrate a genuine willingness to go above and beyond, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and client service.
