We're partnering with a globally recognised entertainment and consumer brands business, seeking a Retail Marketing Manager for an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across an exceptional portfolio of globally loved brands and franchises.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded retail marketer, who understands how to create impactful campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales performance. You'll work closely with retailers, commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative retail marketing strategies that engage consumers across every touchpoint.

Must be based within a commutable distance to central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver retail marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
  • Plan and execute innovative omni-channel retail campaigns across a portfolio of leading consumer brands
  • Create bespoke retailer marketing activations that drive awareness, engagement and sell-through
  • Partner closely with commercial, category and franchise teams to support joint business planning and maximise retail opportunities
  • Identify consumer trends and market insights to shape future marketing activity
  • Prepare compelling pitch presentations, business reviews, and commercially focused marketing materials
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
  • A strong understanding of omnichannel retail marketing
  • Experience managing media campaigns and working closely with media agencies
  • Confidence analysing campaign performance and translating insights into future strategy
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
